Is there a delay if we have FP request?
Is there a delay if we have FP request?
Could be around 2-4 weeks generally
Once you submit your fingerprints, wait for two weeks and then start following up.
Once you submit your fingerprints, wait for two weeks and then start following up.
So after this test invite would be next?
Yes. Assuming it does not check off any concerns.
The FP authorities usually submit it the same day they take your FP. The RCMP quotes 3 days for FP without match. So it should take around a week for it to reach Vancouver.
Hence if you don't see updates, give it another week considering delays. Then follow up to confirm with you FP agent then write to RCMP and then finally call CIC when you have proof.
All the best
Hi guys
We have a family of 6 application in Hamilton office. Received Nov.14, AOR Dec 28, IP Jan 31. Today I checked my husband's ECAS and it seems that they sent him a mail asking hopefully for FP not anything else. as for me nothing new, still the last update is IP Jan.31. what now? How and where can he do the FP? and how long does it take?
Hi! I have a question if my application is still application received doest it mean my documents still in CPC Sydney Nova Scotia?

Just google for it in the place you live. RCMP does FP too. It could take about 2-4 weeks. All the best

You are likely to see progress soon. Don't lose patience. Most cases are similar to yours.
