I was under the impression that the only thing they do in Sydney is check if all the documents are included within the package as per the guide... do they order the travel history from CBSA and check as well?

This is how it is working at CIC for new applicants:
Those who have been in Canada throughout the eligible period and those who do not need security/police clearance because they have not been in another country for more than 183 days, etc, etc since becoming PR will be flying through the process as it is just a formality. Just depends on how many applications a person at CIC can vat each day. Perhaps they should contract it out to new comers who need work or maybe the refugees waiting to be processed in which case they can earn some money

Whats the status of other guys with same timeline?
Can the moderator or owner of the worksheet please amend Location of Edmonton. 3 entries are on the sheet which has Edmonton with a space at the end. I ran a pivot table and found 2 line entries for Edmonton: one was Edmonton and one was Edmonton_.
