I'm in the 15th month since my husband submitt an application for spousal sponsorship (i am outland canada), waiting for an interview for 3 months ... if anyone knows how much can i wait until an interview date is set ?
I need an answer from the people that really know something ,
How much time could be an aplication set in queue 3 months? 6-9-12? How much :-‘(

You could still be waiting awhile. There is no set time, as it all depends on the workload of the VO at the time and how many people are ahead of you. Have you ordered GCMS notes?
