I m Nov 29 aor and my medical is still shows we don't need your medical so it's means do they ask for medical or it will eventually change into passed I don't have any idea help pls

Hi. I got my Ready for Visa mail recently. I sent the passport on Saturday to the Ottowa CPC but the courier did not deliver today (2 apr) saying business closed. Below is the address mentioned in the mail. Does anyone know if today's a govt. holiday or if the address is incorrect.
