I tried using Skype, navigated through their system, only to hear that their agents were busy attending other calls. Is this because I called using Skype?

what @jonnclk22 said is correct. If it tells you that they are busy, it means just that. When the phone wouldn't work for me, it kept saying that the service that I'm trying to access is not available for my area and the connection would be terminated right after. If you made it to where it tells you that the agents are busy that means it worked for you and you just have to call at different time interval. I'd suggest calling early morning. I called them at 6:57AM CST and was put in the queue, waited over half an hour before I got a hold of an agent.

Can anyone help me unscramble as to why IRCC have requested Bank statements corresponding with all payslips (all 25) that I uploaded for my Canadian work experience!
Have anyone ever seen/experienced this?

Here is how it worked for me:
I called them first and after all the navigation i was told all the agenta are busy and the call cant be transfered and it was auto hung.
I called them after 30 min or so same day and after sellecting all the options i was put in the queue for an agent.
What i get using their help center number is they queue certain number of callers and auto reject the rest.if you are lucky and there is a slot available you will get through to the agent or you can keep trying.
The service I used to call them was google hangouts and one member posted,it wont work for Nigeria.

Since this has happened in IP2, the VO may be having doubts about your employment record/continuity and wants to double check. Bank statements cross checked against Payslips would help settle that. Don't think much of it, just send.

Thanks for the advice. They requested documents from Sept 2016 to present..
However I only uploaded documents up to the day I submitted my application - Nov 2017.
Do you think they were asking for current pay-stubs up until today - Jan 2018, even though they weren’t in my application?
Status was just updated to NA3 (Jan 23rd) this morning - a day after ADR (Jan 22nd)
Im actually in IP2 since Dec 18th had an ADR during that requesting my husband's military record while he has none he was exempted so i sent and LOE including the exemption letter, the problem is that they run security check before checking my ADR sent. Since that im stuck in same status. i requested my gcms and few days after my ADR status moved from docs uploaded to We need additional documents, we will send you a message.
No message recieved when i called them they say we need nothing for the moment. I recieved twice a response for status inquiry saying "file under review.....need additional verifications.....we'll be out of our processing time"
Dont know if im under security screening or not. Some say that if under SS they dont reply to our emails, some say the opposit. Some say that the kind of response i recieved is a standard one while others say that its equal to you're under security screning Im disapointed and a bit lost on that.
I have a rather peculiar challenge. At the point of ITA, my CRS was a certain score but after I submitted my application it dropped by 25 points. My thinking was work experience outside Canada was not properly listed as I changed jobs in July 2017, shortly before my work experience clocked 3 years. I have been working since that same July, no gap at all. Only the weekend was a break. So I have more than 3 years experience now. I have raised cse to point this out and also sent evidence in form of reference letter from these two employers.
Still, my CRS score has not been adjusted to what it was at point of ITA and my status shows "no additional document required" and BG is Not Applicable
ITA Aug 23
AOR Nov 5
Medical Passed Nov 19
email on work Dec 22
Acknowledgment of cse mail and document - December 5
Please has anybody experienced this? What can I do next? Should I be worried?

Send the latest as available. If job status has changed then let them know. PR is not contingent on continued employment. Your work ex however should be sufficient to maintain the CRS points.
