AOR received on 13 Dec 17 and My Application is cancelled on 20 Dec 17.Still we not receive any pdf file or message for the reason of cancellation. We raised an enquiry to CIC. Anyway planning to create a new profile on today. We don’t know what is the reason.

I just got an email from CIC. Summary below:

Medical passed.
ADR: RCMP Criminal Record Check
BG is still IP2

Where do I go for the RCMP check? Has your application been updated?

yeah my app got updated a few days ago and med is passed, but no ADR.
it may be this link where you can get RCMP doc http://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/en/steps-obtain-certified-criminal-record-or-vulnerable-sector-vs-check
I am not sure though, try confirming with other guys too just to be clear.

Hello,

From my understanding

· If you are holder of passport(s) from countries whose citizens need a visa to travel to Canada, you will need to submit the passport for you and for each accompanying family member. Your passport(s) should be valid for at least 6 months and have at least two blank pages. If a child is included on your passport, you must have one blank page per accompanying child. Please note that you STILL need to submit the passport even if:

I don't think a passport valid until JUNE 2018 will be an issue. Proceed to submit your passport ASAP, so you will be within range of atleast 6 months.

What if you already have a 10-year tourist visa to Canada? Do you still need to send passports for PR visa?

hey Lakshmi, thanks for the reply. I tried that number too - it forwards immigration related calls to CIC extension, which identifies the call as made from outside Canada and disconnects.

Members - Any other channel I can use to get update on my application? Asking urgently since my application is exceptionally delayed.

I was having the same trouble with my US number.. so, today I bought a VOIP number with Vancouver area code and called the IRCC from Vermont, it worked and I was able to talk to an agent.

Medicals not passed is pretty common these days (especially with this wordings you). Myself and a couple of people in this thread have mentioned this already.

My medical passed just arrived this week after weeks of waiting, and it came with ADR.

It'll clear soon: As long as you've submitted all the necessary information from your end, you should be fine.

Also note that the delay can be because of a number of reasons, two of which are the CPC processing your application and the agent in charge, and the type of your application. If you have done everything by the books then don't worry just wait.

Hey, i called using the Ringo app and it worked..takes a long time to get thru the queue but i could speak to a representative
