PPR was issued in march but the email got lost somewhere in the way. Waited 6 months and ordered gcms notes. Thats how i got to know that my case was approved back in march. Then i contacted my VO and finally received PPR last week

Pls how can I order for gcms note. I never order it before. Thanks

Oh no I didnt realise your first PPR email was not delivered to you. Did you call CIC before the 6 months run out?

Hi,

You can try getgcms website. They usually take 30-40 days. You would have to fill a consent form if you are outside canada and there is some fee as well. You can read instructions on their website.

Yes i did. I called IRCC call centre twice. First time they asked to contact my VO asap but not told me about undelivered email. Second time , a very nice person at the call centre attended me and told me about the undelivered email and asked me to fill webform asap and i did that. After one week, got my ppr.
