I'm October applicant ... My application reached on 30 th ... There is no information on cic website but all October applicants talk about the cap has been reached ....

Don't know what to do . So I'm trying to apply EE .. I feel applying is no harm where we can cancel later if either of applications is accepted.

Yes, sadly the cap has been reached. I submitted mine on October 18 and they received it on October 22. I just got word from my consultant this morning that they returned my application because the cap has been reached. He says they reached the cap right around October 20.

so sorry to say that but if it's true the overall cup has been reached means CIC stop processing all the applications no matter NOC you've applied under.

I agree, this 'email' looks odd to me.

exactly it's little odd.
I was ;looking for other letters that other copy to the forum or upload an image
and in any of that there wasn't any 'AQS' but they had name of the officer thats the first thing and it for sure woudn't be all with underline in official letter from CIC

Yes they are all copies of the first one from that chinese website a while back nothing but carbon copies of the original scam pic

Folks I don't know this tv guy, but why would he want to photoshop a captured image if it wasn't his intention to share his experiences; it definitely didn't get him any more popular.
Be prepared for what's gonna happen, whether this is a rumor or not.
