If you have a valid VISA it doesn't matter with the AOR or any PR application.

Do we have any chance to get in the 8000?

let me know if somebody has some information, I saw that the people submitted on September started receiving the AOR and I was wondering if somebody has received the Credit card billing

does anybody know whether being charged with cc means that I'm ok to apply BOWP?

I sent CEC application Nov 20th and need to apply BOWP due to my current wp expiry date is Jan 24.2015.

I understand although cc is charged, AOR might be reached not so soon to an applicant.

But I assume that Vegreville may recognize AOR in their system.. :'(

Hi,
you can apply without the AOR (better the paper application due to the longer processing time in your case). If the AOR is issued before CIC start processing your application you'll be fine if not the application will be refused. Just send a cover letter (with the application) if they can check the system as you're expecting the AOR soon.
Just wait and apply 2-3 days before your WP expires. If in the mean time you get the AOR apply online.

Hi, this is great news if someone from November group is charged. Please confirm when your application was received and when your cc is charged.

It has been over 2 months since I applied, my bank didn't cash out yet, I was so worried about that. Please let me know if anyone who are applied in November having the same problem as mine. What should you suggest about this matter?

Looking at the current processing trends, CIC is encashing/charging the payments made from Oct 3rd/4th weeks. I would say check back at end of January.
