hi the_14th, he said unlike the dropbox, the courier provides you a documentation (tracking info) which lets you know when your document was received by their staff. I just took the safe route but don't worry they must've already have a system of regularly checking their mails.

I'm not sure about this because the people who sent it to CEM through courier said that the signature upon receipt is from the guard at the lobby. But I could be wrong.
They better have a system in managing that dropbox or else I'm screwed thrice over already.
