I too have the same situation as yours. I had lived in Australia for 3 years. Leaved Australia from Dec 2011. So have already applied for australian PCC and I also received it a few days ago.
Till what I can see is that it doesnt matter if you have left a country many years ago. If you dont have a criminal record in a country, the date won't matter as you have already left the country. So if you get a PCC in 2017, it would remain the same in 2018, 2019 as well. An updated PCC should only be provided from a country where you are currently living. As you can have a new criminal record or something.
So don't worry. You can get your PCC certificate from the country only if you have already left the country from long time.
it depends, after nomination you will get get ITA in very next draw.as 90% of the tome draw take place twice in a month. so waiting time will be minimum 1 day to maximum 15 days.

Everyone means everyone all members and silent readers wish you all good luck as very soon probably max in 2 months everyone will get nomination in hand and we all would be in Halifax Canada in 2017.
Some lines for my Indian friends:
Chand Lamhe Bache Hai Tumhare Hamare Saath Ke
Mumkin Hai Ki Bichad Jaye Bina Mulaqat Ke
Pareshan ho tum bhi, pareshan tha mein bhi
Iraado ko sada apne majboot rakhna
bahut dur tak raat hi raat hogi...
Musafir ho tum bhi musafir hu mai bhi
Kisi mod pe fir mulakat to hogi..

Yes u said it Cian...thats right ...only PCC from the currently staying country will expires within 6 months. Other country which you had left should have a PCC dated after your exit from that country.
