Dear All,

My application was send to nova scotia on December 18, 2015. AOR was on February 16, 2017 and I replied on February 17, 2017. However, no ADR has been received as yet. Is there anyone else waiting for ADR or am I the only one left.

No you aren't alone. We have pretty much the same timeline except that I responded on the 22nd of Feb. I believe they will contact us once ADR or nomination is ready. Let's just be patient.

Hello guys,

I have another question regarding my application preparation for the NSNP EE Demand Stream 2017. I obtained a report from my bank as per Application Guide instructions.

The letter reads as follows:
''... current balance is following:
• EUR Account, total deposit = XXXXX,XX EUR.
• RSD Account, total deposit = XXXXX,XX RSD.
• Mastercard limit = XXXXXX,XX RSD.''

Mastercard limit is allowed sum of money I can take from the bank and then repay it in monthly installments. I have never used this allowed debt limit nor I will.

Is this Mastercard limit subtracted from the total deposit in EUR and RSD account when determining minimum funds requirement eligibility?

The transactional history for the last three months is good enough to satisfy an immigration officer.

I think it has changed now to submit an application after ITA from 60 days to 90 days this year onwards..

ADR on Feb 24th..Deadline on 10th of March, me replied on 6th and the same day told me to sent the updated exp. certificate. I sent that on 7th.

Hi, are you renewing your husband's passport as we speak? Renew his passport and submit your application, then update your new passport info once you have the new passport.

That's right. Renew the passport, then submit your application. You can renew passports before the passport expiry dates.

I think when you submit your PR application, all passports need to have a minimum of 6 months validity.

Passports renewal takes at the maximum 10 to 15 days for most of the countries.

After sending PR application you can update documents or information that are absolutely needed. Your PR profile will be locked after sending application. You should use CSE form to update and it's not an easy procedure. So, it's better to renew near expiring passports and then send your PR application.

Do we need PCC even if we have not stayed in a country for more than 6 months in a stretch, but total exceeds 6 months?

I mean, suppose i have lived in a foreign country for 4 months, returned and then went back there for 3 months after 1 year, do i still need a PCC?
I am bit confused...

Hai dpnc,

You need to take PCC for that country. If you stayed more than 6 months in a country by continuously or even a break you need PCC. They count the total months you stayed in that particular country.

I Received the mail on 28th Feb (They ask all standard question and need explanation about job profile)
I Replied on 6th . Again some queries came i replied on 7th and 8th .
Again they ask me certified documents on 10th March i replied on 13 March .
After that i received email

I received the documents. Thank you.

Our office will communicate with you when a decision regarding your application is made.

Now i am waiting and praying that i should not get ADR again .

Waiting for Nomination Certificate Email .
