I am bit concerned on the progress of my file. I too am Dec 2015 applicant and received AOR on Feb 15, 2017. Replied AOR on Feb 17, 2017 and since then no communication from NSOI. Can someone please suggest, if I should contact NSOI. If yes, what email ID can I write them?

Thanks Guys for giving the confidence. I am only concerned for a demand of a fresh experience letter as the process of getting a new experience letter from my current employer takes atleast 6-8 business days and NSOI usually asks the response in 5 business days. I hope it goes good for all of us and we get the nomination soon. Fingers Crossed!

Same goes with me..I received AOR on 11th February n replied back on 15th February. I have called NSOI yesterday for knowing the status n the person there told me that my case has not been assigned to any officer yet. So I think you should call these people once for knowing the status of ur application.

Yes, I am from India. I tried calling on this number, I got an automated voice response and no one answered the call. Did someone receive the call in your case?

Try calling them again n again. They rarely respond to mails. Even I HV marked them a mail today.

I tried calling them couple of times in last an hour but every time it goes to their voice mail. Do they receive the phone directly or does it first go to the voice mail?

Okay, finally they picked my call this time and I too got the same response as Richa. My file has not yet been assigned to any case officer.

I would advise you guys to be patient, who received AOR or ADR after Feb 15th. We usually hear responses at the end of the week!
