Got a mail from NS in January but I did not see it due to the fact that I just put to bed and had some complications.
This morning I got a refusal mail that I did not respond to their enquiry in January as such my file has been closed.
Please is there anything I can do to enable my nomination officer reopen my file so that I can defend myself and provide answers to the questions rised in January.
You should call your Nominee Officer and try to explain the situation, they are flexible enough. Let me to provide my example to support you. In August of 2016, right after my birthday, when my scores decreased because of age and I couldn`t do anything with it, after long waiting period I was really disapointed and stopped believe in success... I wrote a letter to NSOI asking them to withdraw my application, because waiting, due to some life circumstances, was killing me... However, being a silent reader, from time to time I checked this forum and the spreadsheet (many thanks to all guys who post here informing about their current status), when my turn was close I wrote, just in case, to NSOI with question about my application. They asked me what I really want, continue or stop, yes or no, I was shocked that the opportunity still existed, answer was yes, finally after less then 30 days the Nomination was received...
P.S. Shortly after sending the request to withdraw, I bought a puppy, now in addition to my two children I also have a dog weighing about 50 kg ??? and no way to leave his here...
It is still closed, they are currently processing december 2015 applications and have nominated till Nov 2015. Congratulation everyone who got nomination and PR specially those applicants who applied late in November and December receiving AORs My wish is everyone whose details in Spreadsheet must get nomination.

Well the documents you need to keep ready are as follows,
1) Valid IELTS results
2) Education Credential Assessment report (ECA)
3) all your educational documents
4) Work experience certificates (as per the requirement of NS) and paysubs
5) Any other document which NS requires (Please refer their guide available on their website)
