Yes I planned to take Indian PCC first but for Indian PCC they need to see original UAE PCC. So applied UAE PCC lat week and received yesterday. Also applied for Indian PCC yesterday itself as it will take minimum 40days.

BLS guys told you that Indian PCC will take 40 Days - As i visited just for knowledge they told me it will take 7-10 working days only.

No... I asked them how long it takes..they told they cant say bcos the delay is from the Police station in India. If they do procedures fastly then we will get it early. But in the receipt its written delivery will be minimum 40 days

Important week for all waiting for Nomination certificate .

I just want to know if they send us Nomination certificate THEN ITA....In ITA will they inform us to do PCC and Medicals or not .

I guess they tell CIC they wanna nominate you then you accept it and get 600 points... next draw you get ITA... the certificate is sent by mail in couple days after nomination.

in ITA - not only inform you but already is a must to submit PCC and Medical with the rest of docs, and you have 90 days for that.
