I have not tried calling NSOI. a few follow up email has an auto reply state that they have stopped accepting new applications or something. I have filled this application through an agency. the Agency has seen few other applications with 2132 NOC being paused for a while since mid September 2016.

My question is any of the fellow members here with NOC 2132 receive ITA/nominations after 1st November? please guide...

i meant that i had expected NSOI to continue with Oct 21st applicants. or does it mean they have given Oct 21-26, 2015 applicants AORs and they have not mentioned them in the forum.

I think they will get their aor in this week. As we know NSOI check application based on first come-first served .
The most important thing is that NSOI started to give AORs...
