If your Application is PNP PR IN CIC, then don't worry. CIC doesn't check job experience letter and pay stubs. These are PNP documents. No need to send these to CIC .
If you are under Provincial Nominee, dont worry cause if you got your nomination approved for them means the provincial gov is satisfied with all your documents as they are the ones that should check your employer paystubs etc etc... is like a pre- screening so cic dont need to do that anymore, but only if you are unde PNP program.

I have sent my reply to the AOR email with complete documentation that were required in the email. As, I got the AOR on 17th Nov, so probably in the email I had been given 5 business days which accordingly means that the last date comes out to be 23rd Nov. I hope all goes well. The statement is incorrect , CIC will verify everything again including experience letters and there are known cases of Ontario PNP rejected at CIC level for Letters not adhering to CIC standard , check the thread on forum for reasons of rejection

It is all depends on VO officers. Some officers would concur on what PNP verified and they do not waste their time spending on employment verification. As I heard that PNP officers forward all their findings and verification to CIC once they nominate someone.
However, Some CIC (VO or IO) officers will do their own style of verification and validation even PNP verifies. One of my friends has received an email to his supervisor from CIC to verify his employment. So alert your employer or supervisors in advance.
