It won't have any effect on your NS file until you are meeting the 67 points with your new IELTS. Secondly, looking at the scenario, you can expect your AOR in the early December and if all goes well, you may have your nomination in Jan early. That could be the Maximum time you could expect for the nomination. Further, we have not heard of any new AOR's till now for Sept applicants. Last week was the nomination week for the early aug applicants.
How long does it take to receive AOR from e-APR on Express Entry platform? I submitted PR application yesterday and it is still on review in process for eligibility.

NSIO gave me a deadline to provide the employment supporting documents last September 2. However, I failed to provide them the documents. I forwarded to them the letter of reference last Sept. 6. NSIO said they will not grant me any points for my employment and I need 11 points to be nominated. They are yet to reassess my application in entirety. I am very worried if they will reject my application. Has anyone experienced same scenario as mine? Thanks!

my previous employer will not issue an official detailed job description as it is not their practice to give out these information to third party. as a workaround, i asked for letter of reference explaining why they cant provide the info. i missed the deadline in submitting the letter. they gave me sept 2 but i provided it sept 6 just when i received the letter from my previous company. they have given me the final decision yet. this is what i am waiting for. im so worried that they will reject it. i sent my papers last july 2015 and received their 1st reply just this june 2016.
I have done the same. Accurate dates for all the least contracts I have and can refer to. Approx dates prior to that. But I didn't include vacations under travel history. During the past 10 years unfortunately I've never been to any country other than my country of citizenship and country of residence. It is written only to mention trips made to countries other than citizenship and residence.

If that is the case, then I suppose you need not add anything under travel history and just mark No.
Regarding your PCC from Indian Embassy in UAE, i'm not really sure about this. I applied it in USA and they took around 2 months (52 calendar days to be precise) to provide me the same.
