According to NSNP requirement, they only need min. 1 year of work experience in the occupation in demand list. Rest if you change your occupation later on, it should not matter. Although, experts advice is needed here. Additionally, you should be able to meet the 67 points required for PR.
Another question though, for regulated professions that require licensing, when can one start counting years of experience? Is it the number of years of experience after obtaining the required license or total number of years of experience in that NOC?
For e.g. if license is received in 2016 but the applicant already had 5 years experience prior to obtaining applicable regulatory license, can the applicant claim to have 5yrs experience or the clock only starts counting from 2016 when he received the license?
I hope the question is clear...
Looking forward to some expert guidance... Thanks.
There's a Pranavravi who applied in the same day as you. As both the NOC and CRS are different from yours, I assume it's not you, just a coincidence. Right?
I have three questions for now (since we all get to know each other well these days, I am skipping too much of wishing and introductory parts of the message and go straight to my questions to save time and bandwidth!)
1. Police clearance: Our kids are, one is 6 and the next, 2 years of age. Do they need police clearance? We just came after vacation from our home country 2 months ago and we reside in UAE for 8+ years. Kindly clarify that.
2. Medical test: Should we go for upfront test or wait till ITA, then I guess we will receive a form called IMM1017E. If upfront is allowed I wish we go for it as it is much safer because the 60 days time period may run faster or appointments may become difficult to get.
3. POF: In CIC instruction about POF, they are asking Bank's official certificate/letter showing 6 months of transaction. Is it different from the authenticated statements I showed to NSNP or same? And in CIC, it is metioned that primary applicant should provide this. But in NSNP application I showed majority of my POF thru my wife's bank account. Now for CIC should I transfer the funds to my account and show or I show exactly what I showed to NSNP is sufficient to CIC?
Last but not least, do any of you know the date of the next round of invitation?
As per the trend, I see that the invitations are sent every other Wednesday. Last draw was on 24-Aug-16. So, going by this, it should be 07-Sep-16 (tomorrow).
Dear Friends/Experts,
On top of Luder's questions, I have one other doubt.
I'm a citizen of India, currently staying in USA on work visa. As per ITA document checklist, I understand that I need to submit FBI Clearance Certificate. However, my doubt is that, whether they would ask for State Police Clearance Certificate as well?
I do have state clearance certificate which I got it in Feb 2016. So, I might have to apply for it again, if required.
Could someone please shed some light in this matter.
