I would suggest pay at the same time thats what I did. Even you will get some kind of popup message too I do not remember exactly the message but it says like for fast processing pay the rprf.
Moreover I did not find any option to pay my rprf on later date so I paid all fees in one time .

Different people have different mentality. If he run away means he done some mistake . Instead of running away he has to talk openly what he means and try to understand what others say.

Finally got a reply from Nominee Officer SC asking me for updated banking statement from my bank which shows your account activity for the past six months, current balance, your name, account number and the currency that the funds are in.
Any nominations this week? I was asked for additional info which I sent on the 23rd Aug. But no update after that. I am hoping I get the nomination today !!

After replying to AOR, I don't see a queue system. If your papers are clean without any clarifications needed by NS, then you have a good chance to be Nominated in the next group of Nominations they usually sent as a group. It can be from 2 weeks to 2 months and even more. Quickest I know of is 9 days.
