Will my date of application receipt is on Aug 4, 2015 or it will be consider on the date when CIO forwarded it to NSOI?
The funds should kept for atleast 6 months having the bank statements also for last 6 months time. Yes, you can make an FD but as you sended your application in July. Nova Scotia will demand for the fd or POF fpr last 6 months itself. As they might contact you sooner or later.

hello salem sa ,it seems quite strange you didnt get Pre AOR.
Did you use an agent?
When did you submit?
i would suggest you call to find out if your application was received,because they stopped receving mails postmarked 17th dec,2015

Yes, I used a representative. But I have checked with them many times. They have not received anything.
My application was received at NSPNP on Dec 03, 2015. Every time I call NS, they say with SURITY that a confirmation email has been sent. But every time I give them my email ID, make sure that the spelling are correct and they assure me that I will receive it soon. But nothing yet.

Good news for everyone.
I just got Aor from Nsoi and they asked for express entry code job validation code updated bank statement along with noc match table. It means they are back in action.

Oh it means that you sended your application in 2014. Hope that now your MNC company was able to provide you the reference letter in the required format.
