Good day everyone , I am very worried but is there hope for February applicant. I submitted my application in 2nd week of February .If am out which other province can i apply to without family sponsorship or job offer.

Dear we applied in March, hehe. My husband holds hope but I'm not that optimistic... I am Chinese, I was in a group and i know many chinese ppl even mailed out their application as early as December (many of them were capped last year so they are smarter and faster this year)... hehe imagine how late we were. Last year the cap was 150 or so (i think?) and it was filled up within 2-3 weeks. Just for reference.

150 cap filled by 2-3 week, 350 cap will be filled by 5-7 weeks, right?
