Re: Nova Scotia Nominee Program – File # ******
Dear Ms. lemondrop:
The Nova Scotia Office of Immigration (NSOI) is in the process of assessing your application made to the Nova Scotia Nominee Program Skilled Worker Stream. In order to continue processing your application, additional information is required to be submitted to NSOI within 15 business days of the date of this correspondence. For ease of reference, when submitting this information, please ensure that you quote your name and file # ******.
Additional information required:
1. Status documents
· Provide a larger and clearer copy of your spouse’s PR card.
2. Education
· Provide a better copy of your degree. In addition, please provide transcripts if you have them.
3. Employment
· Provide a year of paystubs or a letter from your previous employer. (Did not have enough paystubs in my application, apparently.)
· How did you find the job at ********?
4. Finances
· Provide transactional history for the last 3 months for all accounts. Ensure you provide documentation for all accounts.
· Provide transactional history for the last 3 months for all credit cards.
(I MADE THIS MISTAKE OF JUST POSTING MY BANK ACCOUNT. I ORIGINALLY POSTED MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ON THE APPLICATION BUT DID NOT ATTACH THE STATEMENTS. SHE LET ME SEND THEM AFTERWARD.)
5. Settling in Nova Scotia
· Are you currently employed? If so, provide a recent copy of your resume.
· Why do you wish to leave the USA?
· Why do you want to move to Nova Scotia? Do you anticipate staying in Nova Scotia long-term, or do you plan on staying a few years?
Should you fail to submit the requested information by March 19, 2015, your application will be refused and your file closed.
If your file is closed following the deadline of March 19, 2015 and if your situation changes and you choose to reapply to the NSNP, we would be happy to assess your new application with the eligibility criteria in place at that time.
Regards,
Nominee Officer *******
