I am not sure what you mean, but I just updated this info here and I am not this guy.
Isn't everyone in this thread applying for PR under EE?
Although we all applied by sending our docs to NS, right?

You apply with paper by sending your documents to NSOI and then you are expected to create an EE profile, so if you are nominated, you get a higher score. Cheers!
