1. I am also in that NS group with this bro in China, he confirmed with us that he got nomination yesterday by email from NS.
2. His applications were signed at NS in 6th, Jan.
3. He got his AOR from NS at 16th, Jan.
4. He was requested to supply additional documents by NS 30 days before nomination.
5. All procedures are through email with NS.
6. He does not have an offer and did the application just as all of us.

in the document checklist it says: 'Documentation to show experience match with NOC 2011' and also says that 'Supporting employment history and documents'

what i understand from this is: 'Documentation to show experience match with NOC 2011' means the reference letter from the employer
and 'Supporting employment history and documents' means pay slips or joining letter etc.
Am i right? please advise.....

Also, do i need to send police certificate? is it mandatory? or i only need to send police certificate if i have some criminal case? please answer....

Yea you are right, pay stubs, employment letter, letter from your employer stating your duties, but make sure the letter from your employer matches the NOC you are applying for. Start your process soon mate. Cheers.
