Police cert is needed only if you were convicted... is these your case?

Just received e-mail from NSNP. They asked about my Job Seeker Validation Code. I didn't send it with my EE profile number.
Guys, did you send Job Seeker validation code with EE profile number after you received AOR?

You will not be contacted until your file reaches processing. Per our guidelines processing can take 3 months or more. WE have not closure date for this stream but Nova Scotia can only nominated 1,075 this year under all of our streams.

I did not sent Job Seeker validation code as they only request me to send EE profile number .

i rly need ur help i am confused!

on the Nova scotia website, it says that NOC 0621 is good which means you can apply, so i decided 2 apply, but on the papers, there were only NOC A & B, why 0621: retail & wholesale trade managers is not on the NOC appendix?!

i am rly confused and in need of your help!

I think it helps your case if you have a Police certificate which shows on it that you've not been convicted before.
Look at this situation:You may not have been convicted before and you don't proof that by presenting a certificate, and there are others who have not been convicted too but they present their Police certificate justifying their case. In this scenario, if there are few places, then they'll definitely consider first those with Police certificates(certificate showing they've not been convicted).

So if you have your Police certificate, then send it along. It doesn't cause any harm.
