Hi all
i also apply NSNP last march 9th as skilled worker.
i am in canada now.i have job offer.but no LMIA suported.
i also make EE profile in january 2015.iam eligible for CEC catogery.
my consern is when i fill NS 100 form it asked did you applied previously as a immigrant for canada ?do i want to say yes for my EE profile
but i put no
if i am wrong how can i correct it now

Have you received Nomination last year? If yes, you should refer file number? unless not applicable.

As I do not have any job offer, not appointed any Lawyer or representative and also all documents are in English only.

Is there any need of NSNP 60 form to send them?

Guys, sixth EE draw was done with least required scores equal to 453. That means there is a chance for all of us to be drawn without any nominations. Maybe it is time to think if we really want to live in NS or not. It is serious, let’s discuss

I don’t know about the EE capacity. I think if it is the same number of 2014 which as far as I know it’s the case, all people in the pool will get ITA, but maybe you should wait five or six months from now. Be hopeful

I have some queries which is hindering my final decision. Kindly help

My documents are ready for Novascotia nominee program. plz tell me how much time the entire process will take to get PR. In how much time will i be recieving the file no. How much time we need to live in nova scotia after PR and then we can move to other place?

Kindly tell me one more thing. I have heard word of mouth that Qubec program is not have any criteria for french points now, you can apply on english points only and its fast immigration program and if you want to move to other province from Qubec, you can move after spending 3 months over there?
Plz help me in taking the right decision.

Within how many days do you have to accept the nomination according to mail sent by NS ?

I guess it took 1.5 month to receive nomination after getting AOR.
Since your visa office is NS, i assume you are in Canada now.

AND did they ask any additional documents and any verification (employment) happened ?
