So far no Nomination email from NSOI I had send an email to my Nominee Officer yesterday and got the below response --
"The assessment of your application is complete and your file has been forwarded to management for a decision. Once a decision has been reached, you will be notified."
As others said, I am positive and awaiting the big news It is Friday and I wish NSOI makes my weekend exciting.
Nova Scotia Demand: Express Entry will reopen in the coming weeks. When it opens, we will accept 250 applications for Category B (for applicants with experience in an opportunity occupation).
I read that it will be on a first come first served basis. Is this true? Also, one must have all the required documents listed in NSPNP 100 form to apply but the problem is I don't have the sufficient funds yet. What is the best thing to do?

Yes its in first come first serve basis. You can show your fund in your account or in your spouse. If both are taken into account hope you will get the sufficient funds.
My funds are only one month old. i have taken the money from my father by cheque in two installments/parts.
Can i submit an gift deed LOE? if yes , what is the format?
I noticed renewed occupation list almost immediately after it was released. You can imagine how disappointed I was when I saw that my occupation, NOC code 2133, is no longer on the occupation list. I have been preparing my application for the last five months, and during this time I followed this thread. Furthermore, I read this entire thread from the page 1 during the process of preparation. All this hard work is now in vain, and I have to seek for another way to immigrate to Canada.
I want to thank you and other members for your valuable comments and posts.
