According to the instruction, you'll send your PR application without the actual Saudi PCC but instead you'll send a document that says “I am applying from a country that requires an official request letter from IRCC to get a police certificate.”
Zakir, make sure with other members and/or your agent whether or not you'll follow the instruction in the link. I don't know anyone personally who applied from Saudi.
Remember, you'll have to take PCC for all the countries you stayed for more than 6 months.
Hope we all get nominations this week. But could some please tell , when do we need to take PCC after getting nomination.
Is it like asap after getting nominated or have to wait for particular step again.
Congratulations! The Province of Nova Scotia has notified Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) that they wish to nominate you; thus your nomination is currently pending. Please visit your MyCIC account for more information. You have 30 calendar days to accept your nomination from Nova Scotia in your MyCIC account.
Please follow-up with me when you have accepted your nomination. Following your acceptance, a copy of your Certificate of Nomination will be forwarded to you via email. Please ensure your NOC code in your Express Entry profile matches that on your certificate.
If you are offered the opportunity to apply for Permanent Resident status in Canada, please notify me.
PLEASE NOTE: If your NSNP Officer has requested any additional information during your application process, ensure you upload it to your PR application. Also ensure that all of your supporting documentation meets all of the requirements of IRCC.
Thank you for your continued interest in Nova Scotia!
now you have to get ypur PCC & medical, have an updated bank statement , get all your required doc scanned , arrange your visa fees & wait for ITA to apply for PR. best of luck
I know some Indian citizens who took PCC for India from US. That clears the doubt of whether it is necessary to take a long trip to India only to get PCC! No, you don't have to.
Anyways, I'll try to get the full information. In the meantime I would suggest that you can call any of the Indian Govt offices near you - Embassy, Consulate etc. I find it the reliable way to get information right out of their regulations book.
I didn't receive any email but my agent is saying he saw 600 points in express entry . Now we have to accept then ITA . But little strange that they didn't send me email . Anyways By god grace we all receive the nomination .....Now we all move to next level .....
