They send me same as SDKD on top of that they ask about immigration agent, Country of residence . But this answer I want to know from seniors ...

Your job duties indicated in your letters of reference from xxxxxx and xxxxxx have the same wording although these letters of reference have been issued in 2006 and 2015, respectively. Please explain.
Do the letters look exactly the same? maybe that is why.
May I know the two initials of your officer? there are in the e-mail address right after nominee.officer
Can we show old work experience which we submitted to them when we applied . Means back dated 2015 Nov. Or we have to give them the current one . Because the HR will take some time to issue the new one i guess .
Mine also old work exp. which was issued on 2015 but they didnt tell anything about my exp. But they need legal status of working. If they need new Exp again I have to beg our HR :'(.... they will tell how much exp certificate you needed and so on...i am also in great tension. Will be relaxed only after submitting the ADR documents.

Got a mail from NS in January but I did not see it due to the fact that I just put to bed and had some complications.
This morning I got a refusal mail that I did not respond to their enquiry in January as such my file has been closed.
Please is there anything I can do to enable my nomination officer reopen my file so that I can defend myself and provide answers to the questions rised in January.

My suggestion is try and call them tommorow.
Quote your case ID number.
Try and ask for your case officer.
Explain everything to him or her.
They may ask for evidences as I see this as a genuine case.
Then the house can add further input.
