The last AOR date to have received nomination from the spreadsheet is 13/01/17 with nomination date 03/02/17

Seems like now 17 DEC 2015 applicants will receive their AOR . And then they will start issuing Nomination Certificate of all 17 Dec 2015 applicants ....

After that they will open NS Demand : Express entry applications ..

Short Answer -- No

Who needs a police certificate?
