They have ask me if any changes are their after 2015 such as bank,ielts and passports.I will send new IELTS Score And they send me one NOC table to fill up and send them back . NOC-2282
Seniors can you guide me now and how long it will take after sending all these things to get AOR .

I had sent in an paper application & same reached on 26/11/15. Till date no communication and yesterday I got an email stating application has passed completeness test and will be put for processing.
They have asked to send EE profile number and job seeker code within 5 days.
My ILETS scored has expired in October 2016 on completing 2 years. Hence, my EE profile is also not valid anymore.
What do I now do? ILETS score was valid on date of application.

This is the normal process Nova Scotia has followed. Looks like you didn't get chance to follow the posts & discussions our seniors have posted in this forum for last 2 years.
Coming to your questions, you can create a new EE Profile & Job Seeker Code and provide it to your Case Officer but expired IELTS will be a huge challenge for you. Try looking for the earliest IELTS Test Date and book it, moreover, try convincing your case officer to provide additional time to provide new IELTS Score Card. I don't want to disappoint you, but your case officer might choose to close your case if he is not satisfied. All the Best!

I had given up all hope for Canada with EE scores at 450+ levels for 2 years.
Anyways, I will write to them and try to take some time to give new ILETS. I cannot create EE profile with expired ILETS for sure.

Its a very bad thing, why you didn't reappear for IELTS. They need ur updated IELTS within 5 days. I dont know how we can convince the case officer. If he agreed may be he give only maximum 10-15 days. You have to check the expiry date of the test before.
After waiting for more than one year and losing means heart breaking...
