Its simple process u just need to read the guide carefully. Some important points-
1-Check your occupation in the list.
2- your education should be assessed by authorised agency of CIC.
3- You must have IELTS general training minimum 6 each
4- you must score 67 points.
If you are ok with above four points then read the guide specially the conditions of
"Do not need to apply if". Make sure you do not come under this.
Please apply fast. as the cap is

Where are the details mentioned about NSNP cap?

350 is the cap for this program
I've got only 63 points on FSW and 334 at Express Entry. I am hoping that I could get AOR/Prescreening mail next week for January-13-application-received-applicants... Best of luck! ;D

This I am not able to understand -
FSW- you have 63 points means you do not met FSW criteria.
PNP- you do not have nomination yet. means you do not met PNP critera
FST- Do you met FST criteria?
CEC- Do you met canadian experience class criteria?
Without any of four how you are eligible to make Express Entry profile ?
