You do not need to think any more regarding re-taking of IELTS exam AND creating new EE profile.
Wait for ITA and submit your PR application with all required documents, I hope you will submit it this month. The day you will submit your application: ALL DONE

Thanks D, and Skywalker. Perhaps if I get a ITA today probably by Nov mid i will submit PR app. I already have the Indian PCC done, however i have initiated Aussie PCC, and it might take sometime receive the certificate through snail mail.

One more question: Is it really mandatory to have number of hours worked in the reference letter, because the reference letter which i submitted to NS, it says working full time but does not include number of hours. Pls let me know.

Please, have you received AOR now? I applied the same time as you, Nov 2015 and I have not received any AOR yet. I only got pre-AOR on June 06th and I responded on June 07th. But since then, I have not heard from them. Have you heard from them???

I was hoping they would come down this month, as my scores are standing at 463. But unfortunately, nothing happened in my favour.

There is positive angle to it. If they start giving 1500+ ITA ushall get ITA by november.

BTW what is the status of your NSPNP

I have not even got my AOR yet. As my application was reached to Nova Scotia on 20th October, 2015. So, still waiting for the AOR or straight ITA, with respect to my scores. i.e. 463.
