I got result on 24 Sep 16 , First BC send me sms with my number and score ( I was happy ) then when I checked online thru there website ( I was shock ) to see the results . There were changes to two modules ...( Reading and writing ) they reduce 0.5 band in each module on website . Till I didn't took the original copy.
Just want to know which marks should I consider for time being .

Could Anyone tell that "Does NSOI send any hard copy of a nomination certificate after giving nomination?" Or "just they send certificate through email?"
what is your target IELTS score??
if you are looking for 8777 in LRWS then i will recommend to go for new exam.
but if your target is 6 band in all then you can think about revaluation. no one expect you can answer this question better.
just an advice go for new exam because revaluation need time and money both. u can spend both to give new exam and can get better score.

Looking at your scenario, I guess you must re-apply for IELTS again. Most of the times, I have seen even after re-evaluation the results are not changed after. So, honetly, not only the time but yes one's money gets wasted too. See, if you are 100% sure that you could'nt receive 5.5 in writing, then only go for re-evaluation. It is also not like till now nobody results have changed after re-evaluation. Whosoever results have been changed, they have received the money back. If you only need 6 in IELTS then you may fill for re-evaluation, but do consider it, that you should be cent per cent sure that you should have got more than the given result.
I would personally suggest you to fill the next date for IELTS, rather than depending on re-evaluation. I am sure you would make it in the next round.
