I got the same query from NS and my NOC is 2173.
Thanks to Drajpoot for his suggestion.
First of all, you should know that no certification required in NS to practice 2173 NOC.
I sent you the answer in PM, it worked for me. Please modify the same as per you understanding else it will be duplicate.
I got nomination immediately after replying all these queries.

Wait ...... keep watching your status, you will see changes in your Medical status and background check.
These changes will make you relax that something is going on, may be after two or three weeks cic will ask you to submit some forms.
By the way you do not need to do anything just wait thats it. Most probably you will be in Canada in March 2017.
