Good morning friends/seniors,
A friend of mine applied for study permit a couple of times but was refused.
He is on the verge of getting nomination from new Brunswick.
He wants to know if his previous refusal will affect his PR.
Although he wasn't banned from Canada.
Yeah SDKD its a holiday today and we lost one whole day but it is all right. We waited for so long, so one more day doesn't make a big difference.
Lets keep ourselves positive and hopes up all the times, keep praying for everyone and keep helping each other with their problems and that is how we will move forward
Be positive my friend, and lets hope to get some good news from tomorrow onwards .

Thanks Shado for the information but which candidate got the AOR because I don't see such candidate in our excel. Is he or she not in excel. Kindly advise him or her to update the excel or at least share the timelines.
I see a 22nd July Applicant got AOR.. I guess that's what you are talking about...
I am 13th August 2015 applicant, now it is 2016 august again. Seniors, would you please predict when I may receive AOR? Since I already received Pre-AOR on 6th June 2016.
My IELTS is getting expired on 9th of September, so do you think I will get nomination before this date? Anyway, I booked my new test on 10th of Sept 2016.

Dear Mass1291, NSOI are sending AORS to July end applicants. I am a 29th July 2015 applicant waiting for my AOR, but lately they have speed up the process and if that continues, then you should get an AOR within 2 to 3 weeks time. Good that you have booked your IELTS, because IELTS should be valid at the time of submitting your PR application to CIC so I wish you all the very best with your Ielts Exams.
All other July 29 Applicants, lets pray for all of us in the forum that we get our cases processed smoothly.
Good luck

No it wont affect his PR application as Study visa is kind of temporary resident visa and CIC want to make sure that applicant intention is not permanently stay in canada but PR application is for permanently stay in Canada so your friend is perfectly OK
Somebody who refused for PR application and then apply for Study visa than there is chances for refusal of study visa I hope you understand what i mean

You have always been a source of inspiration.

We hold a get together party all on you.
