Dear Seniors,

I submitted my application for fsw 2014 for NOC 2172. My app reached there on 24th dec 2014. now i heard from other thread that Cap has been filled and therefore my application will be returned. I have also applied for EE and got 340 points. Now can I apply for Nova Scotia for provincial nominee or is it too late to apply for Provincial nominee. and also let me know what are other options?

NS is still open you can apply as long as your occupation is among those in demand which is a requirement if you don't have a job offer. Also check out PEI n this website: www.opportunitiespei.ca

Ok as you said your wife IELTS score is 7 each so you would get 5 points from her IELTS. I think you are eligible to apply under this stream. Please match your job profile with the occupation list and apply as soon as possible.

2. What if two of them gets accepted. Will I get a option to choose from province?

Yes you can.

Once nominated by a Province, you have I think 30 days to accept the nomination. So it's up to you.

One info for any one getting AOR you should send your EE profile number as well as job seeker validation code...coz they are going to ask it later any ways

No one can tell you that your job duties matched with which occupation. So only you know what is your job profile and what are your duties so please read the guide and check first which occupation is matched with your occupation and then check the duties of that occupation in NOC-2011 either your duties matched or not if matched you need to arrange employment letter from your employers accordingly.
