I sent an application package via TNT Express and based on my tracking details, it was delivered on Jan 29,2015 13:11 the signatory was PETIPA, I'd like to know if anyone of you here who's application was received by the same personnel/person (PETIPA) because most of all here was signed by PARKER. And i think I am the only one which is different from the rest. Thank you very much in advance.

That form alone isn't enough, you need to provide all the required forms and supporting documents as indicated in the Documents Checklists section of the form.
Just follow the instructions, you'll be fine.

Though i have attached an additional page where the conversion rate is shown in CAD using yahoo currency calculator.
Is it possible/necessary to send only the POF documents once again ? I don't want my application to be rejected because of POF.

I think it's okay. My statement shows amount in US dollars, because it is impossible in our country to have deposit in CAD. There is a special field in an application form to indicate exchange rate.
Your PoF isn't up to date, but I hope they are most likely to ask for a new one than reject a whole application. Unfortunately, it is impossible to send extra documents, only if they ask for.
Frankly speaking, my application isn't full in terms of financial documents. So, they have all the right to reject it. But let's hope for the best!

Sorry I wasn't clear. Yes for most applicants the main the NSNP100 – ApplicationForm (December 2014), should be sufficient. However if you need to use a representative or need information released to someone else then you will need the other two forms.
Please also not there are special circumstances like when one of your dependents is not your child, then you may need to download a particular form from the CIC site and submit.
That is why I said read the instructions carefully.

For proof of funds..copy of bank reciepts of fixed deposits is fine??...i think it should be fine but do we have to provide some official documents indicating its conversion rate?...My Funds value are in Rupees
1) check the conversion rate from INR to CAD & CAD to INR & update in the required column.
2) Bank statements signed & sealed by bank authority.
3) Deposit photo copy.
4) Manually convert every thing with the conversion value mentioned above and update it in the required column.
5) If you have spouse, then you can show they savings details also.
Well I am a single principle applicant...I can show proof of funds in my father's and mother's name right?..i have their name in the birth certificate...
only spouse funds can be shown...others will be rejected.. also you cannot show property as POF.. they will reject it ... due to have any lialibility???

I am a never married person.. 23 yr old...i dnt have spouse..how do i get 11 - 12 CAD $.....parents money cant be shown??....I dnt even have a property on my name...!!!
I think, you can show your parents property. I have shown my parents property, because, i don't have any property like you. My dad helped me to put some money on my bank account. Thats it. I shown around $10K in my bank balance.
