I am also in process of applying so your experience will help. And which profession you are into.
I checked jobs online in NS for my professions (Supply chain/logistics) but couldn't find very relevant ones.

I have a doubt regarding the NS PNP demand stream category B. Can a mechanical engineer with NOC 2132 apply under this stream?
Congrats SDKD, it looks like the average duration of PP stamping is 20 days barring any holiday. I submitted my PP 12/12/2017, I should wait till first week of Jan.
I wish all that are either expecting COPR or Stamped PP success and speedy process
