Just a quick catch up, the application is asking to provide a "Passport or travel document" and its expiry date.
Since I have 2 kids of young ages (2 years and 5 months) and I do not have any travel document issue so far,
Wha you advice to do?
Should I put the number of Birth certificate which is the only document I have to my kids so far?

According to my view point you have to make passport for your kids.

no one knows currently they are processing application on 24 November 2015. December 2015 applications are still pending. so most probably in the month of april 2017 its just an assumption no official news from NS.
