To apply for Nova Scotia PNP do we need Job Offer from Nova Scotia ? Is it a mandatory criteria for applying ? I am trying searching all the threds but did not pass by to suitable one.

Can experts guide on this ?

Currently nova scotia is not accepting application for the category in which you dont require any job offer. This stream may open again in early or mid 2016... Just keep a close watch on their web site....just take look at the below link of their official web site.

yes they do keep some limit for number of Applications for the specific year. I don't know the exact number for 2015. for 2016 it could be different than 2015.
