Notification of investigation of IELTS test results

Mine was withheld for exam dated 18th-Sep-2018, and my friend got the result after 14days of delay so i was hoping i will get today but no updates yet.

I still haven't received my results. They give me new dates every month and this is quite annoying. I had appeared for exam on 28th July 2018

they cant hold up your scores for such a long time. Have they provided a reason for this delay? I suggest you escalate this issue.
