Notification of Interest (NOI) From Alberta?

Hi there,

My CRS Score is 381, my NOC 0213. Created my Express entry profile on Sept, got into pool in Sep 30th 2021. I'm yet to receive NOI from Alberta or any of the other provinces. Is it because I selected "All Provinces and Territories" in Express entry profile instead of selecting Alberta? Has anyone else applied during this period received NOI?

Hello,

No it's not due to your selection; selecting "all provinces" does not exclude you from Alberta's consideration. There have been people on the forums who selected all provinces and got a NOI from Alberta.

You need to get lucky a bit. Your NOC, score, connection to Alberta affect your chances. First and foremost, your NOC should happen to be one of the in-demand NOCs in one of AINP draws. Having siblings in AB, or having a job offer in AB are examples of what can improve your chances. Good luck.

Nothing as of yet, as FSW draws have been put on hold.

@MJagee a follow-up question - how about any other PNPs with 381 - have you come across any other options? Also which other NOCs are you including on your profile - I have heard 2171, 2283 also have a similar match if you are able to justify the experience. Any thoughts?
