Thank you. I called CIC after I got my notice for exam preparation and they told me everything is going well up to this point. They said the delay is due to RQ and I have to wait for 36 months. By the way how can I request an ATIP, and from whom?
After my exam at interview, officer told me that they will send my file to judge, and I should wait for about 3 to 4 months. Is it possible of they call me for oath even sooner than 3 months? Is it make sense to you guys that they will send my file to judge???

Citizenship application file being sent to judge for final approval is a normal process. Yes, it is possible that you may get oath sooner than 3 months.
