Notice of Assessment from CRA

Hi,
I would like to apply for my parents PR next year (2017 January). One of the requirement is to provide Notice of Assessment (NA) for previous 3 TAX years from CRA. That means in my case it will be (2015, 2014 & 2013). I created CRA account. But I can only see 2015 & 2014 NA information in my account. Any idea how can I get 2013 information (I don't have paper copy for 2013)?
