I am a PR reported for RO breach recently. I filed a form Notice of Appeal - Removal Order Appeal in person at the IAD Registry in Montreal one calendar month ago. I got a stamped copy handed back to me at the counter, which I suppose was an acknowledgement that they had received my appeal.
However, in the last month I have not received any email or letter acknowledging my appeal or a file number. Is this normal? Should I go back to the IAD Registry and follow up for an acknowledgement/file number?
I would be most grateful for any guidance on this, thanks.
