Not getting extra 30 points for masters education

Hello everyone. I finished masters and I created a profile two days before but I am not getting my extra 30 points for masters education. I completed my express entry perfectly without any mistake. Is this express entry website issue? Any help please. Do anyone having same problem?

If you want a quick solution apparently withdrawing the profile and creating a new one will work.

Hi,

After new changes, they included 3 questions for education section. You should answer those correctly.

1. First question, answer yes only if you have done your masters from Quebec
2. Rest two, answer no.

I have done masters from quebec and so i asnwered first quesstion yes and then it asked me for institute number which i gave.
rest two , answered as no.

After 24 hours I got 30 points. Hope this helps.

No.

It is based on your Canadian diploma/degree. Your IELTS score is irrelevant in this case.
