I have lodged my file on 25th of December 2023 and got the conditional offer letter on 23 November 2023, however. Embassy asked for the Letter of Acceptance as according to the new rules from IRCC college can only issue the Letter of Acceptance after 31st March 2024. Is it possible? that we could provide fee slips conversations and conditional offer letter to the embassy and ask for some time to provide Letter of Acceptance for example 15th April 2024

Are you referring to a Letter of Attestation from the province? If so, your file cannot go forward until you get that letter.

If not, why can’t college give you updated letter of acceptance as there is no such rule.

No it is not about Attestation as I have lodged the file on 25th December 2024, but it is about the Letter of Acceptance from College of New Caledonia

There is no rule then. Not sure what you mean by March 31. Ask school for new LOA. When did program start? If passed or starting in May, you need new LOA.

So you have LOA for September intake? IRCC wants unconditional offer of acceptance before processing. Ask for updated LOA.

The school may be waiting to figure out how many spots they will receive before they send out offer letters.
