Some of these communities told that their program starts running from November 1st but doesn't mean they have to start accepting candidates at the same time. Some said they will start not later than 30th November, while some said the eligibility requirements would be available in November, but there would start recommending candidates in December.

Due to the requirements of the Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot Project, we are not able to accept applicants until later in November, 2019. Don’t think people have realistic expectations on what kind of jobs are needed. Getting someone to do admin would likely be an easy job to fill with the current residents.

But we are talking about the northern and rural program who is targeting certain professions to attempt to retain these people. If they only admit software developers, accountants, dentists, etc. people won’t find jobs and the communities won’t retain the immigrants.
